Product description

Self-leveling, expansive, ready-to-use cement mortar for grouting, anchoring, concrete repair. Granularity 0/4 mm. It is characterized by an accelerated increase in strength and a slight expansion in the liquid-plastic phase.

Features

  • self-spilling
  • frost-resistant
  • resistant to vibrations and impacts after setting
  • non-corrosive to steel, non-toxic, non-flammable
  • it expands by gas evolution while still in the liquid-plastic phase
  • the ability to regulate the consistency
  • easy to use and mix - only water added
  • fast strength development, high final strength
  • in accordance with the rules of structural repairs for anchoring steel bars in reinforcing bars in accordance with PN-EN 1504-6
  • meets the requirements for a repair mortar of class R4 in accordance with PN-EN 1504-3
  • reaction to fire class A1

Application

  • grouts for machines, poles
  • embedding anchors, bars, railings and other steel structures in concrete
  • pouring joints element in prefabricated elements. Filling defects and joints in concrete on horizontal surfaces
  • suitable for repair work (principle 3, method 3.2 of PN-EN 1504-9); repair of peeled or damaged concrete in buildings, bridges and other reinforced concrete structures
  • suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.2 of PN-EN 1504-9); increasing the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure by mounting the bar in the reinforcement holes in the openings
  • suitable for structural reinforcement (principle 4, method 4.4 of PN-EN 1504-9); increasing the load-bearing capacity of the concrete structure by adding a mortar layer
  • suitable for maintaining or restoring passivity (principle 7, methods 7.1 and 7.2 of EN 1504-9); increased cover of the reinforcement and replacement of damaged or carbonated concrete

Technical data

  • chemical base cement, selected aggregate and special additives
  • appearance / color gray powder
  • density ~ 2.35 kg / dm 3 (fresh mortar density), ~ 2.34 kg / dm 3 (mortar density after 28 days)
  • maximum grain size D max 4 mm
  • content of soluble ions in chloride 0.026% (according to PN-EN 1015-17)
  • compressive strength: after 1 day ~ 45 MPa (according to PN-EN 196-1); after 28 days ~ 100 MPa (according to PN-EN 12190)
  • modulus of elasticity in compression ~ 41.0 GPa (according to PN-EN 13412)
  • flexural strength: after 1 day ~ 8.2 MPa; after 28 days ~ 12.7 MPa - according to PN-EN 196-1
  • pullout adhesion: ~ 0.37 mm with a load of 75 kN (dry concrete); ~ 0.26 mm with a load of 75 kN (wet concrete) - according to PN-EN 1881
  • peel strength ~ 3.4 MPa (according to PN-EN 1542)
  • thermal compatibility part 1 freezing-thawing ~ 2.8 MPa (according to PN-EN 13687-1)
  • reaction to fire class A1
  • capillary absorption ~ 0.05 kg ∙ m 2 ∙ h -0.5 (according to PN-EN 13057)
  • carbonation resistance meets ~ 0 mm (according to PN-EN 14295)
  • mixing ratio use a maximum of 12% of mixing water (3.0 liters of water for 1 bag of 25 kg)
  • consumption depending on the roughness of the substrate and the thickness of the layer; approx. 18 kg of dry mortar per 1 m per 1 cm of layer thickness
  • efficiency - one 25 kg bag gives an average of 12.5-13.5 dm 3 of fresh mortar
  • layer thickness from 1.5 cm to 5 cm (when used as a ground or anchor mortar); locally, the maximum thickness of the mortar layer may be 5-10 cm
  • ambient and substrate temperature when applying from +5 C to +30 C
  • storage conditions: store the product in a dry room, in closed and undamaged packages; protect from moisture; best to use within 6 months from the production date
  • packaging 25 kg bags
