Product description

Three-component, water-based polyurethane-cement mortar for application with a trowel or trowel in layers with a thickness of 4-20 mm, intended for corners and other hard-to-reach places within the Maxurethane CEM system.

Features

  • thermal resistance better than epoxy coatings from -40 C to +150 C
  • a coating over 9 mm thick is not affected by the steam cleaning cycles
  • high mechanical parameters, great compressive strength, abrasion, impact strength, mechanical cleaning, etc.
  • excellent chemical resistance, better than epoxy system
  • product suitable for use on slightly damp surfaces and on fresh concrete (7 days after pouring)
  • environmentally friendly product, non-toxic, solvent-free, non-flammable, suitable for use in rooms with low air movement
  • application possible in layers of different thickness depending on the needs and requirements on the job site

Application

  • floor systems exposed to rapid temperature changes, steam cleaning cycles, hot liquid splashes, for high temperature industrial environments, cold rooms, etc.
  • in industrial environments on substrates requiring very high chemical resistance to cleaning substances, degreasing surfactants, fats, diluted acids and bases, hydrocarbons and other aggressive substances
  • working floors in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, etc. industries, which impose very high requirements on the materials used in terms of mechanical and chemical resistance

Technical data

  • component density in A / B / C 0.99 / 1.23 / 1.35 0.10 g / cm 3
  • density of fresh mix A + B + C 2.0 0.10 g / cm 3
  • the density of the mature product and after drying 1.95 0.10 g / cm 3
  • minimum application temperature of substrate and surroundings> 5 ° C
  • pot life at 20 ° C 20 min
  • initial / final setting time at 20 ° C 1-2 / 3-4 h
  • complete solidification time at 20 ° C and 50% relative humidity before putting into service for: pedestrian traffic 12 days; moderate vehicular traffic 24 days; heavy traffic 48 days
  • compressive strength after 28 days> 40 N / mm 2 (according to EN 13892-2)
  • bending strength after 28 days> 10 N / mm 2 (according to EN 13892-2)
  • adhesion to concrete after 28 days> 3 N / mm 2 (concrete breaking) (according to EN 13892-8)
  • thermal resistance of the layer: ≥ 4.0 mm from -15 C to +60 C; ≥ 6.0 mm from -25 C to +70 C; ≥ 9.0 mm from -40 C to +120 C; ≥ 12.0 mm from -40 C to +130 C (occasionally up to +150 C)
  • one layer thickness 3–20 mm; consumption * for one layer 1.95 kg / m mm
  • packaging 30.92 kg set

* the consumption is indicative and may vary depending on the porosity, texture and application method
