Product description

Light one-component mortar with very low thermal conductivity, based on cement, light fillers and special additives, recommended for thermal insulation of facades and internal walls. It is waterproof, resistant to weather conditions and does not require additional finishing and protective coatings.

Features

  • very low thermal conductivity (0.162 W / m K), lower than perforated bricks (0.33 W / m K) and cellular concrete block (0.35 W / m K)
  • as thermal insulation against extreme temperature changes, it prevents the cold wall effect and surface condensation on internal walls
  • allows you to save energy in houses and buildings equipped with air conditioning and heating systems
  • as a water vapor permeable material, it allows the substrate to breathe without creating a water vapor barrier
  • good adhesion to most of the most popular materials in construction: concrete, bricks, cement mortars, blocks, parts in kno-cement fibers, etc.
  • easy to mix and use, just add water and apply by hand with a trowel or spray, thanks to its high efficiency saving man-hours

Application

  • thermal insulation of walls, ceiling, pillar, etc. in indoor spaces
  • thermal insulation of building facades in residential buildings, hotels, offices, etc.
  • base layer or first coat under thermal insulation boards (polystyrene or polyurethane) or acoustic insulation
  • waterproofing layer of walls increasing their thermal insulation

Technical data

  • appearance and color gray powder
  • maximum diameter of the aggregate 0.8 mm
  • powder density 1.25 0.10 g / cm 3
  • mixing water (% by weight) 22 1%
  • minimum application temperature of substrate and surroundings> 5 ° C
  • pot life at 20 ° C 30 min
  • time interval before applying the second layer at 20 ° C and 50% relative humidity 24 hours
  • maturing time before applying another coating at 20 ° C and 50% relative humidity 7 days
  • mortar density after maturing 1.17 0.10 g / cm 3
  • compressive strength after 28 days> 3.5 N / mm 2 (class III; according to EN 1015-11)
  • bending strength after 28 days> 1.5 N / mm 2 (according to EN 1015-11)
  • adhesion> 0.3 N / mm 2 (according to EN 1015-12)
  • capillary water absorption after 24 h ≤ 0.4 (kg / m min 0.5 ; according to EN 1015-18)
  • water vapor permeability ≤ 15 (according to EN 1015-19)
  • thermal conductivity of a layer 30 mm thick 0.162 W / m K (T2; according to UNE-EN 12667)
  • reaction to fire (Euro class) A1 (according to EN 13501-1)
  • one layer thickness / number of layers 10-40 mm / 1–2
  • consumption * per one layer 1.0 - 1.1 kg / m mm
  • package 25 kg bag

* actual consumption may vary depending on the porosity, texture and condition of the substrate and the application method used
