Product description

A two-component mortar, where component A is a methacrylate resin, and component B is a mortar based on special cement and admixtures. When mixed with Drizoro Silica aggregates, it forms a quick-setting repair mortar which, even at low temperatures (down to -25 C), quickly obtains excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance. This allows for quick restoration of usable performance of concrete foundations on which all kinds of road traffic takes place.

Features

  • fast material, the repaired place can be put into use after 1 hour
  • the applied layer may be 5 to 120 mm thick, depending on the aggregate used
  • it quickly obtains excellent final mechanical strength and excellent wear and impact resistance
  • shows excellent resistance to diluted acids and bases, fats, gasoline, aggressive substances, etc.
  • suitable for use in a wide temperature range from -10 C to +40 C
  • has good adhesion to concrete
  • resistant to UV rays
  • after it dries, it can be covered with a different coating
  • it is easy to mold and apply
  • it has good thermal resistance and can be used during cleaning works with steam or hot water

Application

  • quick repairs of concrete substrates on highways, runways, bridge slabs, parking areas etc. at very low temperatures
  • quick repairs of any concrete substrates used in conditions of high traffic and wheel load on industrial floors, in warehouses, loading areas, etc.
  • repair of joint edges and substrates intended for leveling or lifting in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in cold work places, processing and processing areas, etc.
  • quick anchoring and fastening of screws, bolts and other metal elements

Technical data

  • appearance and color of component A transparent liquid
  • the appearance and color of component B gray powder
  • specific gravity of component A 0.95 0.10 g / cm 3
  • specific gravity of component B 1.35 0.10 g / cm 3
  • specific gravity of fresh mortar A + B 2.20 0.10 g / cm 3
  • weight ratio of the mixture (A + B): Drizoro Silica 0308 (1.85 + 15): 5; (A + B): D. Silica 0308: D. Silica 3050 (1.85 + 15): 5: 5
  • minimum / maximum application temperature of the substrate and the environment Maxpatch MC -10 / + 40
  • workability time for the prepared mortar 10 -15 min
  • time between the application of subsequent layers> 30 min
  • maturing time before putting into service 1 h
  • compressive strength: after 1 hour> 40 MPa; after 1 day> 60 MPa; after 28 days> 80 MPa
  • flexural strength: after 1 hour> 12 MPa; after 1 day> 15 MPa; after 28 days> 20 MPa
  • adhesion to concrete after 28 days> 3 MPa (failure in concrete)
  • minimum / maximum thickness of one layer (mm): - mortar with Drizoro Silica 0308 5-15 mm; mortar with D. Silica 0308 and D. Silica 3050 15–120 mm
  • consumption per 1 mm thick layer *: Maxpatch MC + Drizoro Silica 2.2 mm; Maxpatch MC + Drizoro Silica 0308 1.7 + 0.5mm; Maxpatch MC + D. Silica 0308 + D. Silica 3050 1.4 + 0.4 + 0.4 mm
  • packaging set (A + B) 16.85 kg

* actual consumption depends on the porosity and texture of the substrate and the application method used
