Product description

Maxplug is a non-shrink, hydraulic cement based mortar that can be mixed with water. It is designed to repair water-conducting defects under pressure. After hardening, it becomes part of the repaired substrate. It has waterproof properties.

Technical data

  • usability of the mortar 3.5-4 min
  • flexural strength after 28 days 5.2 MPa
  • adhesion to the substrate 0.69 MPa
  • compressive strength after 28 days 40.7 MPa
  • adhesion to the substrate by the pull-off method after frost resistance testing 1.71 MPa
  • approximate filling after using 1 kg of the product 615-620 cm 3

Note: The above data were presented under standard conditions: temperature of 20 ° C and relative humidity of 65%.

Application

  • immediate sealing, repairing defects in water-conducting even under high pressure and under water in concrete and brick structures (water and sewage pipelines, drinking water tanks, sewage tanks, water dams, foundations, tunnels, basements)
  • quick anchoring of elements in plastic and metal ones, in concrete, masonry, cement plaster

Maxplug is an expansive mortar - there is an increase in volume during setting. It does not contain any additives causing corrosion.
